DAVID BOWEN- ASHWIN B.SC (HONS) & SOLICITORS (HONS)
David qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and following working for a large firm of solicitors for a couple of years after qualification and then for a couple of years as a solicitor working for a large property developer, he has since worked in Fordingbridge.
David has, for many years, practiced and has expertise in the various forms of conveyancing to include residential, property development and commercial properties. He also has expertise in dealing with the various forms of leases, to include residential and commercial. David also deals with Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and various general matters.
STEPHEN NICHOLLS B.SC (HONS)
Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 2006 after studying law at the College of Law in London and training with a firm in Wimbledon.
Since qualifying he has worked in private practice in London and Hampshire, and has specialised in residential property work including the sale, purchase and remortgage of both freehold and leasehold properties together with transfers of equity and lease extensions. Stephen also spent three years living and working in the Channel Islands where he gained experience of offshore company work.
Prior to studying law, Stephen obtained an honours degree in Psychology and spent nine years working in the voluntary sector managing hostels for the homeless.
Stephen now lives just outside Salisbury with his wife who is also a solicitor and his young daughter. In his spare time he enjoys most sporting activities, particularly rugby, and enjoys listening to classical music.
CAROLINE CHANDLER
Caroline is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She has worked as a residential conveyancer in and around Salisbury since 1994 and before that she was with a firm in Southampton. She has also worked in North Devon, New Milton and Romsey.
Caroline acts for clients with all aspects of freehold and leasehold conveyancing including Help to Buy, Shared ownership and equity release.
She can also deal with Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
ANDREW BARKER
Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and has 33 years experience, many of those spent as an equity partner and managing partner of one of Southampton’s leading firms. His broad range of past experience gives him a unique insight.
Andrew joined Bonallack & Bishop in February 2019 and now specialises in commercial and residential conveyancing for a wide and varied range of clients.
